Mindfulness for Teens

Teens get stressed and anxious, just like adults! Mindfullness involves paying attention to our thoughts and feelings in a way that increases the ability to manage difficult situations and make wise choices. Teens will learn techniques that can help strengthen their ability to stay focused on tasks and schoolwork, reduce test anxiety and learn how to stay calm and in control of emotions so thoughtful responses can replace impulsive reactions.
